Experience in branch management within the FMCG industry is essential, PPE industry experience would be an advantage. Oversee a team consisting of 1 internal sales, 3 warehouse staff, and 2 external sales representatives. Ensure efficient customer service and satisfaction. Implement procedures and controls to optimise branch performance. Conduct occasional customer visits and travel to the Johannesburg head office as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Tertiary qualification is preferred. Strong understanding of organisational procedures and controls. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Must have own car and be willing to travel. Salary and Benefits: Basic Salary: Depending on experience Additional Benefits: Pension and Medical aid contributions on top of basic salary.
