Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Building Foreman with a minimum of 10 years of expertise, specializing in large-scale, high-end unit residential construction projects.

This role demands exceptional leadership skills and technical proficiency to effectively manage and execute construction projects. The successful candidate must thrive in high-pressure, stressful environments while ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements: Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale, high-end unit projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and managing multiple large-scale projects from start to finish.

Technical Expertise:

  • Thorough understanding of general building practices, including wetworks, finishes, setting-out, and construction specifications.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive working relationships on-site.

Organization and Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize and manage construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Quality and Attention to Detail:

  • Commitment to upholding high standards of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail throughout the construction process.
  • Strong focus on quality control and assurance to ensure compliance with construction specifications and client expectations.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  1. Time Management and Planning: Develop and implement strategic construction schedules to meet project milestones and deadlines effectively.

  3. Quality Control and Assurance: Enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain superior craftsmanship and compliance with construction standards.
  4. Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of human and material resources to enhance productivity and efficiency on construction sites.
  5. Cost and Budget Control: Monitor project costs and adhere to allocated budgets through diligent financial management practices
