Requirements: Experience:

- Proven track record of successfully overseeing and managing multiple large-scale projects from start to finish.
Technical Expertise:
- Thorough understanding of general building practices, including wetworks, finishes, setting-out, and construction specifications.
- Proficiency in interpreting and implementing construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive working relationships on-site.
