Business Developer - - Cape Town Region

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on HR related services
Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within you established pipeline
Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Self-motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently
Be prepared to travel to various regions within South Africa as required to engage with clients and partners
Own car and a drivers license are required
