Business Development Manager (Managed Care) Cape T - Gauteng
Managed Care organisation seeks to employ a Business Development Manager for their Strategy and Performance Management Division. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for maintaining quality, service and outputs related to the work area, ensuring compliance with set policy, procedures and standards Plan for and organise multiple work activities for team execution by assigning priorities against the set framework in light of the specific situational context Ensure the provision of sound consulting services and recommendations based on customer and client needs, current information and trends Compile a budget aligned to the operational or area specific delivery of plans; monitor and report on variances and make sure that planned objectives are reported, escalating any deviations Manage teams within the context of defined processes, set required performance parameters and act as technical coach where required Relationship Management and Networking Key Requirements: At least 3-5 years years within a Managed Care/ Financial Services/ Medical Scheme environment At least 2-3 years team management experience NQF Level 7 Degree in Business, Commerce or Management Studies CFP essential To apply please send comprehensive CV with supporting documents to (response "at" mvgrecruitment.co.za)(mailto:responsemvgrecruitment.co.za).
