Minimum Qualification Criteria:

- Bachelors Degree (BA or BSc)
- Min 3 to 5 years exp in Sales Management

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with contractual blending or sales of lubricants in 210liter drums or as per client requirements
- Develop, monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Business.
- Prepare proposals and engage in direct sales activities to achieve lasting client relationships.
- Prepare action plans to effectively achieve sales objectives and actively market the downstream businesses capabilities to potential clients
- Utilize sales skills, in addition to technical service knowledge, to sell multiple product lines and develop cross-selling opportunities across business lines
- Maintain and develop route to market for brands via distribution, contractors, OEM's, and End users.
- Provide training and support to end users, EPC contractors and distributors to sustain and develop their knowledge of our brands including any in house training that may be required.
- Project Management: Develops project plans, Coordinates projects, Communicates changes and progress, Completes projects on time and budget, Manages project team activities if required.
