Job Summary The Call Centre Agent will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers and qualifying leads to aid the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, be digitally savvy to handle chatbot and WhatsApp inquiries, and have a knack for lead capture and qualification. They should also be organized, punctual, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Experience in a similar role and familiarity with CRM systems will give candidates a competitive edge. Duties & Responsibilities Making at least 150 outbound calls per day Qualifying leads for the Sales Staff Manning the chat bot and WhatsApp. Capturing leads from the chat bot and WhatsApp. Skills Can talk clearly over a telephone. Listening to understand Can multitask. Can work independently. Is self-motivated. Can follow instructions. Working under pressure. Organized and goal orientated. Punctual and good timekeeping. Can work shifts. Experience & Qualifications Required Grade 12 certificate or any other qualification on N4 You need to be multilingual. Can work on a computer. Experience in working on a CRM system. Experience in capturing leads. Experience in a call center environment is an advantage. Experience in Sales is an advantage.
