Are you an experienced Collections Agent (Credit Cards) who have worked at one of the TOP 4 Banks in SA doing Credit Card Collections. If you are ready for a new career and available for a 3 month contract in Sandton, then this is for you Portfolio only consists of credit cards Perform the full collection process Capture client information on the system and make notes after calls are conducted to debtors Manage early stage of collections Deal with inbound and outbound calls Know how to work from a dialler or worklist Deal with TOP banking clients on a daily basis Conduct yourself professionally Work towards achieving targets so you can qualify for cash incentives Be available immediately for a 3 month contract at a Top leading Bank Must have worked as a Collection Agent / Recoveries Agent with at least 4 years' experience in credit card collections ONLY, working at a BANK . Must have done early stage collections, must have been exposed to inbound and outbound calls Have a great track record Must have contactable references, clear criminal record, clear credit history to be considered (This means no missed payments on accounts, handovers, judgements or debt review) Able to work shifts and weekends Need to have reliable transport Computer literate Bubbly Energetic Articulate well Deadline driven Customer orientated Solution driven
