The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5years in Call Centre recruitment. Must understand the Inbound, Outbound, Cold Calling and service industries. Must have done bulk recruitment with a proven track record. Must have thorough understanding of legislation. Must be a hunter and very resourceful. Very disciplined, deadline driven and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines. The ability to continuously build a pipeline of candidates. Understand the contract, temp and perm recruitment.
