Daily planning and coordination of deliveries. Daily tracking all deliveries and keeping clients advised of the status of their deliveries. Monitoring client schedule and delivering containers as indicated within the time frame allocated. Capturing and allocating all deliveries Ensuring that all deliveries are effected within the time frame and also ensuring that all we have sufficient drivers at all times to cover the required deliveries. Arranging the pre-loads for early morning delivery. Attending to breakdowns of trailers at client's premises. Ensuring that the drivers adhere to the necessary P.P.E requirements. Randomly checking that the owner operated trucks are compliant with the national roadworthy act as well as ensuring that they are safety compliant. From time to time carry out any responsibilities or duties that required At least 2 to 3 years experience in logistics at a controller level Good verbal and written English communication skills.
