Our established client in the Automotive industry is looking for an experienced Case Manager
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
Will investigate and resolve consumer complaints, handle incoming telephonic inquiries, requests for advice, and current case follow-ups from complainants and the automotive industry
10 - 15 Years Working experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry
Be able to provide in-house technical training
MUST have extensive knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008
MUST have own reliable vehicle and Valid driver's license
