The CFO will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring stability, and supporting domestic and international expansion plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background within real estate, coupled with proven leadership skills and strategic acumen.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives and expansion plans. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, offering insights to optimize financial performance. Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and treasury functions. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships, conducting financial due diligence. Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with the group's growth strategy. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making. Present financial information to the executive team and board of directors. Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management processes, identifying and mitigating financial risks. Ensure adequate insurance coverage and contingency planning. Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CA qualification preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in real estate, with a track record of driving financial performance. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and deal structuring.
