Chief Operating Officer (COO) - - Johannesburg

Requirements:

Work alongside the CEO and Board of Directors
Company comprised of 650 staff with a goal to reach 1300 in the next 4 years
Involvement in Sales operations, BPO operations, Training, Compliance, Campaign management, Planning, QA and verification, Facililities management
Assist CEO on all strategic and tactical matters including budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting
Part of group EXCO, group Management Committe and IT Steering committee
Min of 5 years commercial experience in financial services industry
Min of 5 years in Business Process Outsourcing
Ideally have worked with BPO
Strong preference for mid-size companies
