An international Freight Forwarder is for a strong Sales Manager, with motivational leadership skills. You must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets for both self and team. Must able to perform a multifaceted role. Candidates with previous operational and /or sales experience in the industry will enjoy preference. Job description: The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, developing and support of a team of field sales personnel, and ensuring that their required new business targets are met through gaining strategically and profitable new clients. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years in a freight forwarding sales role, with a high level of selling and public relations. 3-5 years’ experience in managing a sales team Must have clearing and formwarding operational and invoicing experience. Relevant people skills and managerial qualification Exposure to the Supply Chain Operations model Must have ability to sell on a strategic, tactical and operational level and must be able to build long lasting and sustainable relationships with clients Excellent time management skills are a must Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license is non-negotiable Willingness to travel.
