Reference: PTA002887-TN-1Our client, based in Sandton are leaders within the IT sector. They require friendly and proactive IT Call Centre Consultants for a 3 to 6 months' contract. Responsibilities: To provide client services & support to the client base in a multi-channel contact centre environment. To assist clients in confirming transactions, logging pin pad replacements and logging queries and issues on Salesforce to escalate to the relevant department. To provide first call resolution by transferring calls to relevant departments, taking messages and escalating to department managers in urgent cases. To make courtesy calls to get client satisfaction feedback. Requirements:Basic MS Office essential, Salesforce recommendedBasic Desktop Administrator / IT Short Course/s essentialExcellent communication skills (verbal & written) essentialA minimum of 3 years experience within an IT support call centre.There are currently three positions available, two junior position (apx 3 years experience) and a senior position (apx 5 years experience)NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
