Client Services Manager - South Africa
Paarl Coldset is looking to appoint an energetic, dynamic and suitably qualified and experienced Client Services Manager based at our Cape Town business unit in Paarden Island. Key Duties & Responsibilities Actively source new clients, building on new and existing client relationships Service existing clients Prepare weekly sales reports Close deals and oversee the execution of the contracts Provide after sales service and develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers Present business cases and handle objections Strong new business focus to achieve a personal sales budget Create and be accountable for all client proposals, presentations and any other documentation Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the Paarl Coldset Group’s national Educational Requirements Grade 12 A post matric qualification in Sales and Marketing (an advantage) Experience Requirements At least 5 years’ experience in sales and the development of new business opportunities Previous work experience within the media or print manufacturing industry would be advantageous Driver’s license and own vehicle Skills & Competencies Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Possess a solid understanding of the sales process Enjoy existing relationships with retail agencies – added advantage This position requires an energetic and lateral thinker with high regard for integrity and accountability He/she should have well developed interpersonal and exceptional selling skills Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and proven new business track record Research and planning skills Confidence in presenting Target driven, tenacious and motivated with a strong service orientation and hungry for success Pro-activeness How to Apply Click here to apply online
