Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience operating CNC machines preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus.
