Key responsibilities
- Operate CNC machine with Haas controls
- Set up and adjust machine to meet production requirements
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify the accuracy of machined parts.
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and maintain tight tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Proficient in operating CNC machine with Haas controls is essential.
- Strong knowledge of basic machine setting techniques
- Ability to use various measuring equipment (calipers,micrometers,gauges,etc ).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain strict tolerances.
- Excellence problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Commitment to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
