Collections Driver - Pinetown, KZN - Pinetown
An office automation company is looking for a Collections Driver. The successful candidate will report to the Collections Manger and will be responsible for collecting toner cartridges from clients. Minimum Requirements: - Matric - 3 years driving experience - Valid driver’s licence - PDP licence - Energetic person - Initiative to produce results - Good communication skills - Ability to pay attention to detail - Ability to read and write English Job Overview: The role requires someone who has good attention to detail, strong work ethics excellent co-ordination and time management skills and strong customer service skills. The incumbent must be a self-starter and be able to demonstrate this. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Prepare for collections - Complete all collections as per daily schedule - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Provide reporting on days collections/events - Ensure client feedback is reported to account Manager - Ensure that a pre and post trip checklist is completed daily. - Complete all documentation e.g. Trip Sheets, Delivery Notes etc. accurately. - Assist with route planning and management of the vehicle. - Ensure that the vehicle is clean at all times. - Ensure adherence to all distribution standards.If you have the necessary skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you.
