A customer of TCC has a brand new position available at their Head Office in Stikland Industrial, Brackenfell. The Content Creator/SMM will play a critical role in shaping the brand presence and voice both online and offline. This successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, creating compelling content across various platforms, and driving engagement with our target audiences. Through strategic marketing initiatives and creative storytelling, the Marketing and content Creator will enhance our customers position as a leader in the renewable energy industry. Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and content strategy that aligns with the brands business goals and enhances brand awareness. Reshape our corporate identity and implement it throughout all departments. Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services. Manage the social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging with our community. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content, using data to drive future strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that the brand is a frontrunner in the Renewable Energy Space. Requirements The ideal candidate will have : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven experience in marketing and content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content (e.g., articles, social media posts, marketing collateral). Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling. Excellent English skills. The SMM should be a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies. Ability to organize, prioritize, and effectively multi-task daily and meet due dates. Knowledge within the renewable energy sector or a related field is a plus
