A world-class organisation is looking for a Content Manager. The main purpose of the role is to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and framework that supports the company's overarching brand's marketing and manage multiple company projects. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Passion for Social Impact: must have a fire in their belly for contributing to a greater society through content and storytelling. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and framework that supports our overarching brand's marketing Analyse data from Brandwatch and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives. Video Shooting: Capture high-quality video footage that aligns with the company's mission and values. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing video shoots both in-studio and on-location. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively convey our message. Utilise editing software to enhance visuals, add graphics, and incorporate music or sound effects and subtitles as needed. Content Writing: Craft engaging and persuasive written content for various platforms including social media, press releases, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all channels. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion. Develop timelines, set priorities, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met. Write, edit, proofread, and ensure timely updates to the project team and internal stakeholders. Understanding of the Public Relations Ecosystem: Stay informed about industry trends, news, and best practices in public relations and media. Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify our message and increase brand visibility across digital and earned platforms. Agency and beneficiary management: This role will require you to manage the public relations agency relationship; work closely with our Foundation's beneficiaries identify opportunities for storytelling that align with our group and foundation's objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Media Public Relations or related field. 4-5 years proven experience in video shooting and editing and attach a strong portfolio or portfolio link showcasing your work. 3-4 years' experience creating content for brands. Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Passion for social impact and a genuine desire to make a difference in society. Deep understanding of the PR ecosystem and media landscape, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
