May supervise general administrative work or entry level work of others. JOB DESCRIPTION Perform and oversee office administration. Assist in implementation of interventions. Monitor levels of stock, stationery and functional sundries. Replenish levels of stock, stationery and functional sundries in line with SCM processes. Assist with necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. Coordinate special projects and events. Oversee daily housekeeping of relevant area. Schedule and coordinate meetings in terms of invitations, conference rooms, catering etc. Manage internal and external incoming calls as well as emails. Receive and host incoming visitors. Coordinate functional communications which may include screening calls and publishing of communications to stakeholders. Manage and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Recordkeeping, retrieving and filing of relevant documentation. Management of master and archive documentation. Conduct research to assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in functional area. Give input into the SCM process for the sourcing of Contractors/Service Providers Oversee and coordinate the payment of functional suppliers.
