Job Description
Your responsibilities will be:
- The main purpose of the job is to oversee all office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently at the Branch. You will also oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow the branch.
- Ensure all set targets are met
- Manage productivity and profitability
- Sales and marketing to retain and expand the customer base
- Human Resource management
- Technical support to staff and clients
- Ensure administrative procedures and policies are adhered to
- OHS and Branch Management
- Finance and Budget management
- Warehouse Management
Qualifications
Skills
- 5 to 10 Years Relevant experience in the hydraulic or related industries
- A sound technical and sales background with good knowledge of the Hytec product range
- Exceptional communication and people management skills
- Experience in the management of assets, budgets, expenses and profitability
- Medically Fit
- Live locally
- Computer Literate
