Customer Service Consultant - Johannesburg
Qualifications & Experience:
BComm degree
Working knowledge of credit insurance products and industry standards.
Minimum 2 years' experience in credit insurance with an insurer/broker
OR
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar service delivery environment
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate client data in the system.
Ensure precise documentation is stored for reference.
Handle client and advisor queries within agreed timelines.
Prepare quotes as per divisional requirements.
Resolve queries promptly, escalating only when necessary.
Provide necessary documentation to clients.
Support advisors for consistent client service delivery.
Perform administrative tasks as directed.
Manage expectations of internal and external clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Skills and Attributes:
Ability to remain calm and manage emotions under pressure.
Effective conflict resolution skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
