Main job function As a customer service representative in Supply Chain Industry, your responsibilities include: Managing and resolving customer inquiries Tracking and updating shipment information. Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Communicate with clients to provide update on orders. Address issues and maintain positive relationships. Utilizing SAP and other sales tools to accurately process sales orders along with the management of invoicing without error or delay Providing outstanding customer support from initial contact to when product arrives to customer Working cross functionally across supply chain to fulfil our customer order requirement. Serving as main customer touch point for troubleshooting customer issues Meeting and/or exceeding service expectations and customer follow up Consistently looking for ways to improve processes across supply chain Participate in project work as required Ensure all documentation is provided to relevant parties invoices, order confirmations, packing lists, etc. Maintain customer data within SAP, which includes completing new customer set up requests Have deep understand of business, products, and customers to ensure highest level of service to customers Work within a team environment to meet business objective and goal. Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma, with bachelors degree preferred 2 years of customer service with some supply chain experience is preferred Experience working in a team environment and independently as needed Demonstrates computer competence with Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.) Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Ability to recognize problems, assess situations, gather relevant information, and respond/resolve effectively Positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment Excellent customer service skills and demonstrates a passion for Highly motivated self-starter who is results oriented Ability to give and receive feedback Ability to work flexible hours as needed A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
