Diageo in South Africa takes the form of brandhouse – a joint venture between Diageo, Heineken and Namibia Breweries. brandhouse has delivered an outstanding record of success since its formation in 2004, and currently employs approximately 700 permanent employees. Our Isipingo manufacturing facility remains part of Diageo and employs a further 110. Diageo South Africa recruits 3rd Party Manager Key Outputs: · Manage the operations of all 3rd Party supplier · Briefing and negotiation with 3rd Party supplier on future initiatives and new projects · Develop Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)with 3rd party supplier and management contracts according to the legal framework · Track and manage Commercial projects and conduct monthly and quarterly reviews · Manage the performance of 3rd Party supplier organisation against Service Level Agreements · Provide regular reports and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders Capability & Experience: · Post-Graduate Qualification , preferably in Sales/Marketing · Minimum 5 Years management experience, of which at least 3 years spent in managing 3rd parties · An excellent understanding of strategy and the ability to translate strategy to action · Good working knowledge of Performance Evaluation & Management · Ability to influence, guide and advise on implementation strategies · Develop processes and manage resource s effectively · High degree of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills · Ability to communicate with stakeholder up to Board Level To apply, Click on Search and apply, Click on Search openings, Select South Africa as the country and apply online
