Dispatch Coordinator Bellville, Cape Town Basic 15K Provident fund 50% Medical Aid 50% Manufacturing Company seeks a Dispatch Coordinator. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Organize and communicate with bulk and local outsourced deliveries. Communicate with customers regarding orders, ETAs, and late deliveries. Ensure documentation for transport and deliveries is completed and filed. Handle customer queries - incorrect dispatch of deliveries. Communicate roadmap, directions, and contact details with customers. Prepare waybills for bulk and local outsourced deliveries. Assist customers with collections and deliveries as required. Check stock to assist pickers and escalate discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. Organize and communicate with customers for the transportation of returns and credits. Support with picking, packing, and stock counts as required. Participate in HSE activities, housekeeping, and proactive reporting. Participate in operation excellence and continuous improvement activities. Education minimum required skills/qualification: Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification 3 years of working experience in dispatch Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) Valid forklift license with experience of driving Valid SA driver's license and reliable transport Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems SAP experience advantageous Strong sense of time management and prioritization Able to work independently and within a team Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and organizational skills Customer orientated Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.
