Reference: CPT006463-ST-2EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST - CAPE TOWN CBDR 43 000 - R 45 000 ctc p/m negotiable, including benefits Minimum requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification related to labour relations/labour law/human resources Experience or exposure to the labour relations environment Experience in investigating and initiating disciplinary enquiries and CCMA hearings Experience in supporting retrenchment processes Experience in mediating grievances Experience in handling incapacity matters Experience in submission of Employment Equity reports is advantageous Knowledge of South African Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act and any other relevant legislation Familiarity with HR information systems Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Good understanding of technical systems and processes in order to ensure integration between these Investigate, prepare and initiate all formal discussions, disciplinary and incapacity cases Mediate grievances Represent the company at the CCMA Provide legal advice Submit Employment Equity report To ensure that all staff members are held accountable for possible misconduct and that disciplinary matters are conducted fairly and in line with the company’s policies and procedures Providing legal advice to the Head of HR and the Chief operations Officer To ensure the Head of HR is well supported to carry out any functions for the benefit of the department Strong negotiation and mediation skills Excellent report writing skills Occasional travel required Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful R 43000 - R 45000 plus Cell/data allowance; Pension; Optional Medical Aid
