Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate engineering projects within the mining operationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsConduct technical evaluations and analysis to improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutionsProvide technical support and guidance to site personnelMonitor and report on engineering activitiesMaintain accurate documentation and recordsRequirementsBachelor's degree / National Diploma in Engineering (Mining Ebgineering)Government Certificate of Competency (GCCC Mines and Works)MBL or MBA (Advantageous)Professional ECSA registration (Advantageous)Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the mining industryProficiency in engineering software and toolsTMM, Conveyor Belt SystemsKnowledge of Opencast mines, plant and underground.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsApply for this role today, contact Katijah, Menina, Esmari, Janoke or Stefnie at Hire Resolve, on LinkedIn.
