As the Estate Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the association through the development phase, maintaining the HOA assets, and fostering a harmonious living environment for the residents. Requirements: Technical proficiency in property and infrastructure management Property and estate management experience Proficiency in financial management Sound legal and regulatory knowledge related to community associations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making Strong organizational and time management abilities Dedication to outstanding customer service High ethical standards and professionalism Adaptability to changing circumstances and challenges Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Efficiently manage day-to-day operational activities of the association Ensure compliance with legal processes and homeowner association governing documents Engage with board members, residents, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships Oversee maintenance, security, and infrastructure management Review and manage vendor contracts and service providers Implement risk management strategies and disaster plans Resolve conflicts and disputes within the community R 25 000 - R 30 000 - Monthly
