RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compilation of Board, Subcommittee, Management and NDoHS Packs and documentation preparation
- Management of internal and external customer relations, including receiving and management of calls, bookings, and management of events
- Management and production of information (minutes, presentations, and electronic information.
- Preparation and management of CEOs events and meetings
- Management of Boardroom bookings and scheduling
- Maintenance of office operations, office supplies and inventory
- Management of CEOs diary including travel bookings and schedules
- Performance of other additional duties, when required
