Minimum Education

3 years experience as a personal assistant

  • Manage multiple diaries.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings.

  • Receive visitors and arrange for beverages.

Manage travel arrangements
  • Book flight tickets and car rentals
  • Arrange accommodation.
  • Travel documents
Source office supplies
  • Order office supplies
  • Reconcile office expenses
Expense claims management
  • Prepare expense claims for sign off.
  • Manage business credit cards
Take minutes and prepare documents
  • Take minutes.
  • Transfer draft document to business stationery.
Office administrative duties
  • Manage access card register.
  • Manage and reconcile internal accounts.
  • Assistance with office functions and events.
