Tasks Develop and implement procurement & facilities strategy for the company. Develop, amend, and implement policies and procedures. Ensure the strategy drives company's compliance to ICT BEE sector code in order to achieve the required target Formulize Functional Business Plans (“FBP”) aligned to the corporate strategies. Ensure that the implementation of the FBP is deployed throughout the department. Develop, review, and approve new facilities administrative, purchasing, negotiation and l procedures. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Business Administration / Accounting degree / Purchasing Management Qualification Post Graduate Qualification Experience Min of 10 – 12 years' experience in purchasing and managing all purchasing interfaces into various parts / department of an organisation at a Senior Management level. Inclusive of 8 years leadership and / or senior management experience which includes strategic planning. Experience in corporate strategy execution and translation into objectives and goals. Sound experience in managing vendors and suppliers Understanding of contract law. R1.8Mil per annum Apply Now
