Construction company in Midrand area seeking an EXPORT SALES MANAGER with structural experience (Sub Saharan) Qualifications: 5 years of solutions and/or consultative commercial sales experience in Construction Building industry in Sub-Sahara Africa. (must have travelled internationally) Familiarity with export documentation, cross-border duties, and regulations. Strong understanding of financial return metrics Requirements: Active business development of export opportunities for all products and brand. Identify opportunities and successfully pursue these opportunities for the sales growth in the Sub-Saharan region. Actively manage existing export customers and establish weekly, monthly, or quarterly routines (SOP and commercial). Maintain database of customers and markets for pre-seed, expansion, and license opportunities. Maintain end-to-end tracking process for indirect customers. Evaluate and execute price adjustments in line with growth initiatives. Collaborate with PPM, supply and logistics manager, and back-office to streamline customer experience
