Job Description: Ohana Ignite is seeking dynamic and results-driven External Sales Agents to join our team. As an External Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for our fire extinguisher services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for promoting safety solutions. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their fire safety requirements and offer tailored solutions. Present Ohana Ignite's products and services to potential customers effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales agreements and provide exceptional customer service. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferabl communication, negotiation, and interpersy in the fire safety or related industry. Excellentonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
