DUR002047 FINANCE MANAGER – CATO RIDGE An opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager Purpose of the job: To oversee end-to-end finance operations as well as financial planning & analysis. Required Qualifications BCom Degree Completed SAIPA / SAICA – highly advantageous Minimum 3 years’ experience as an FM within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment – Not negotiable Technical Competencies and responsibilities Extensive ERP Experience & Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Power BI or similar reporting tools will be advantageous Preparation of all financial Monthly Reporting Packs Reviewing Account allocations Compilation of weekly flash report Authorisation of month-end adjustments Balance Sheet Reconciliation review Fixed Asset Register Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Teams Behavioural Competencies: Growth Mindset Goal Orientated Strong communication skills, written and verbal at all levels Problem solving & Time management Able to change direction quickly Able to work independently and in a team environment.
