Finance Manager - Johannesburg
Job & Company Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing accounting functions, including general ledger and accounts payable, preparing periodic reports, reviews of and reconciling data and participating in the development of specialized financial data. Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to company records, files and statements. Assists with financial and variance analyses and budget preparation. Provides managers with information necessary for decision-making. Some of the duties ensure that accounting functions and duties are accurately and promptly completed. Prepares/reviews journal entries and balances work in more complicated accounting areas. Review financial information needed to ensure an accurate statement of the portfolios financial position to the client and other stakeholders.
This role reports to the Divisional Executive. Ensure that the quarterly reporting adheres to the clients requirements within the stipulated deadlines, half-yearly reporting, and annual reporting, which includes the preparation, coordination and review of annual budgets, as well as completing all work required for the year-end and audit processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- MDA
- 5 years relevant Property experience
- 5-10 years of accounting experience
