The company’s strategic goals are fulfilled through established partners with reputable credit providers such as Standard Bank and FNB, as well as by working together to offer the best advice and effective solutions to South African consumers, struggling with debt IDM offers graduates a great opportunity to gain work experience, career growth and promotion Positions Available/Job Descriptions: Financial Consultants: Review client budgets and insurance policies, negotiate between credit providers and clients, minimise customer debt-review time period, provide essential financial advice and personal financial management focusing specifically on debt. Financial Support and Client Services Agents: Build customer relationships with new and existing clients, conduct annual debt reviews and insurance risk management, and maintain client retention and payment collections. Sales Agents: Connect with potential clients, conduct debt busters/insurance sales and perform client financial analyses and budget. Notify credit providers and complete fundamental administration for financial consultants. Please note: Applicants will be provided with job shadowing and training in different areas of the company, in order to be fully prepared for the job position, which is best suited. Degree Requirements: Any recognized Numerate University Degree (eg.
