Requirements:
  • Accounting Diploma/Degree
  • SAIPA/CIMA
  • Computer literacy -Microsoft (word, excel, email), Pastel partner, SAGE, XERO
Job Description:
  • Ability to book keep through to trial balance
  • Banking/ treasury related functions:
  1. Cash flow forecasting
  2. Manage bank relationships
  3. Manage online users
  4. Payroll / HR support:
  5. Liaise with payroll consultants (labour relations and payroll processing)
    1. Reporting
    2. Sales rep commission calculations
  6. Vat calculations and reconciliations
  7. Manage finance team members
  8. Reporting to senior management (presentations etc)
  9. Preparation of month end management accounts
  10. Manage year end audit process
  11. Liaise with IT / web development (ongoing upgrades/ trouble shooting)
