Develop and execute strategic financial plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. Lead financial analysis and forecasting efforts to support decision-making at the executive level. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction. Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions, capital allocation, and resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress against strategic goals and drive accountability. Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities and risks. Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization. CA(SA) Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic financial management roles within the industrial manufacturing sector. Proven track record of developing and executing strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Solid understanding of operational processes and experience driving operational improvements. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferre R980 000 CTC to R1.3 Million CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications Apply Now
