Ensuring housekeeping and merchandising standards are kept up to date, neat and tidy
Daily floor walks
Stock adjustments for shop use
Store opening and closing as per schedule
Assist with overrides at till points, refunds if and where needed as well as credit notes
Feedback to the branch manager weekly
Supervising and planning of cleaning staff
Spot check of floats
Spot check key registers
Weekly check and sign off of Petty Cash
Maintain company policies and procedures
To positively contribute to team working in the shop
An eye and enthusiasm for tidiness and order, and attention to detail throughout the store
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Assist Branch manager with duties pertaining to customers when he/she is on leave, or out of the store
