Qualifications:

Matriculation (NQF Level 4)
Diploma in Hospitality/Management/Business
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
Proven experience in stock management, purchase requirements, and cost control.
A strong track record of developing and implementing business strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
