Franchised Store Manager - Gauteng
We are looking for junior restaurant managers to manage our quick service Asian restaurants. Ideal candidate must:• Ability to take up the position within 1-2 weeks time should your application be successful.• Have own reliable transport• Fluent in English & Afrikaans• At least 2-3 years previous experience in a similar position.• Have 2-3 contactable references.• Need to have managed a restaurant with sit down & take away customers• Be honest, reliable, energetic and results driven.• Must be a people person, with excellent guest communication skills.• Take control and responsibility for the management of the FOH & BOH restaurant staff.• Ensure all guests needs, complaints are responded to quickly and efficiently.• Co-ordinate and prepare Staff Shifts.• Manager fully responsible for Kitchen (BOH) but not limited to BOH only, to operate Front of house as well• Manage FOH & BOH stock take• Oversee POS, cash ups and produce sales reports• To ensure that foodstuffs are used correctly so that wastage is kept to a minimum, and staff are trained to effect good portion control.• To ensure that the preparation of food is hygienic and that a "clean as you go" discipline is adhered to.• An intermediate understanding of Pilot Point of Sales System and Microsoft office (Word & Excel)would be an advantage• Vibrant personality that thrives on customer satisfaction and not be confined to Kitchen (BOH) onlyPreference consideration for employment will be given to individuals with proof of permanent South African IDSalary - Subject to relevant experience. Up to 50 Hours per week, between 5 - 6 shifts per week (Including working on Weekends) • Own reliable transport and driver's license.
