Job Title: Fresh Produced Store Manager Location: Kempton Park (On-Site) Type of Employment: Full-Time Salary: Up to R30 000.00 Depending on Experience Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and optimize product placement. Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure attractive product displays and store layout. Manage store finances, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets. Ensure the store complies with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: At least 5 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably at Food Lovers Stores. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
