Qualifications: Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical (Essential / Minimum) Experience & Requirements: 2-3 years Relevant job specific (Essential/Minimum) (Operational) Key Performance Areas: SAFETY & HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT Adhere to all health/safety practices & promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis. ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT SERVICES Receive source documents & requests for services from users. Perform general administrative duties. Support document management. Organise & maintain source documents (electronic & paper files). Provide feedback to Supervisor re any non conformance. COMPLIANCE, GOVERNANCE & ASSURANCE Ensure validity & correctness of all data captured into Database. Verify & assure information & data. Maintain source documentation (electronic/hard copy) for audit purposes. CUSTOMER & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Communicate with BU’s & direct to share/obtain relevant data& to follow up on data submissions. DATABASE MANAGEMENT Capture energy/water/environment/cost related information (both qualitative & quantitative) into relevant database & MS Excel spreadsheet. Monitor flow of work through various phases of preparation & database population. Key Performance Areas: Appointments are dependent on the completion of a successful medical examination and receipt of a valid medical certificate.
