GMR(2) Mechanical Engineer - South Africa
Main job function
Company is seeking a well rounded candidate that can manage following KPIs
Maintenance management
Capital and maintenance Budget Management and compilation
Safety management put better safety regulations in place
Play active role in EHS, TPM and quality systems, procedures and continuous improvements
Manage all engineering contractors
Manage +- 6 staff at wadeville plant and 6 staff and Durban plant
Contract management
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min: 7 years maintenance management experience in chemical or related industry) or
Btech / NHD in Mechanical Engineering with Government Certificate and 10 years Maintenance management experience
Criteria
Important notes: Must have chemical manufacturing sector experience , stable track record of candidates staying at a company minimum of 3 years
