Our client in Durban is in search of a Graduate Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Excel and demonstrate the ability to analyse data within spreadsheets effectively. Please note; this is a new graduate level role. Capture information from hard copies to electronic systems. Compare the entered information with the source to identify errors and make the necessary corrections. Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness. Complete forms and edit current information. Create data spreadsheets. Ensure data is always backed up. Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents. Perform different administrative tasks such as filling out paperwork and maintaining records and files. Any required ad hoc job duties. Matric Relevant degree or diploma will be beneficial. Excellent knowledge of Excel - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables. Experience managing large amounts of complex data.
