The successful candidate will undergo a structured 3-year training program, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of plant engineering. Upon completion of the program, the individual will have the opportunity to transition into the role of Plant Manager, leading a team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes is a plus. Job Experience & Skills Required: Collaborate with senior personnel to learn and understand the plant's processes, equipment, and systems. Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives to maintain a secure working environment.
