Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional marketing operational skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will not only possess a strong design portfolio but also demonstrate the ability to drive projects and elevate our design team to new heights. As a senior member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity across various platforms and lead key projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for a range of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the design team.
  • Drive marketing initiatives through visually compelling designs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Take ownership of key projects, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Utilize marketing operational skills to streamline design processes, enhance project efficiency, and contribute to overall team productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully guiding and developing junior designers.
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with current design trends, usability principles, and best practices in digital and print design.

Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing operational skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Ability to drive projects from start to end, demonstrating leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Knowledge of animation and video editing tools.
