Job & Company Description:
A continuously growing company within the Banking industry is looking for a Head Service Manager who can; but not limited to; develop support service management, develop new ITSM tool requirements and ensuring Capacity Management Plans and Capacity Monitoring are in place, and also ensure that operational recoverability and Disaster Recovery plans are in place and tested.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Matric
Appropriate IT qualification/certification
At least 5 yearsexperience in a Service management environment
Experience working in Risk and Governance
ITIL V3 Foundation and COBIT certified
MS Office
Exposure to Microsoft Windows systems and technologies.
