Job Title: Key Account Manager (Retail) Job Code: PFS0002 Closing Date: 31 Jul 2010 Location: Johannesburg Business Unit / Division: PFS – Hollard Retailer Business Solutions Context: Operate across dual licenses Business consulting environment Key accounts management Relationship management Customers: Retailers Service Providers Administrators Hollard Retail team Central Marketing team New Business team Outputs: Maintain and grow retail relationships Reports (financial and claims) Retailer Team support Underwriting (Life & Short-term) Adhoc Projects Strategic input in the financial, insurance and business environments Marketing and Sales strategy implementation Analyze business and improve processes for retail partners Improve and monitor trend analysis (underwriting and operating business information) Portfolio Management support New business proposals / presentations New business financial modeling New product design New product implementation Competencies: Qualifications / Work Experience: BComm or equivalent Experience in retail insurance Knowlegde: Knowledge and understanding of insurance (life and short-term) Good financial and accounting understanding Retailer market understanding and experience Basic understanding of Reinsurance Skills: PC Skills (MS Office) Negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication Team work Project management Diplomacy and tact Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical thinking Problem and trend analysis Decision making skills and good judgement Planning and organizing skills Presentation skills Personal Qualities: Results and achievement orientation Integrator Flexibility Accountability Initiative Customer Focus Assertiveness Confidentiality Achievement driven Self development orientation Integrity Self managed and self driven Apply online now Apply Now
